This was a reminder that none of this is a ā€œsoloā€ journey. Standing with my wife Bonnie and our son Aiden at the Wedding Choice Awards, after winning three awards for DJ and officiating, I felt a wave of gratitude I canā€™t fully put into words.

So much of my time is spent pouring into other peopleā€™s biggest day, helping couples plan every detail and then showing up to execute their vision with heart, intention, and calm confidence. But these awards donā€™t just recognize my work. They reflect the support system that makes it possible for me to chase this passion in the first place.

Bonnie, thank you for being my biggest cheerleader and for believing in me on the long nights, the busy weekends, and the seasons where the calendar is packed. Aiden, thank you for being my inspiration, my ā€œwhyā€ and reminding me what matters most.

If thereā€™s any recognition to give, it belongs to them. Without my family, there is no DJ DAS.
