It’s egg month. Here are two ways we egg on a daily basis 🫶🏼🙌🏼

1. Breakfast burritos with scrambled eggs. My trick to the perfect scrambled egg? Add cottage cheese 🙌🏼 I also sneak in all the veggies I can for my kids.

2. Breakfast bowls! I love love love the combo of eggs, sweet potato, sausage, and a homemade yogurt sauce (plain Greek yogurt, chili powder, lime juice, & honey!)

3. Catch me on a motivated day and I’m making Swedish crepes and lingonberries 🫶🏼 crepes are basically all egg haha!!

And why do we go through so many eggs in our house?? 👇🏽

Why have I not explored all of these places yet?!?

Adding , , and to my list of Drake neighborhood favorites. I always love to eat at the Drake Diner! But I think Dough Co might be next on my list.

Also - how neat is it that there is observatory nearby?! This summer, I’m 100000% taking my oldest son to listen to a talk and look at stars through the big telescope. My dream night as a kid 💖🥹⭐️

JOSIE ✨🔥✨

Josie is a modern day renaissance girly (good at everything). She runs track, dances, is in show choir, and volunteers. And the coolest thing she is involved in? MVP (mentors in violence protection). She goes and speaks to 9th graders about being safe in violent situations and how to be a productive, kind, and safe member of society. Like, are you kidding me? We need more people like Josie 🥰✨

I can't wait to work with her this year! Norwalk, you've got a good one 😎

📷 If you’d like to use photos from our sessions for any purpose other than personal…please let me know! I can make sure you have the highest quality version and are printing a crop that fits your vision. This includes websites! There are specific export setting to use for websites and online, so always make sure you have a version that matches. I HATE seeing my stuff come across pixelated because people didn’t check with me first.

‼️Vendors and businesses, I usually just require you asking permission and crediting me! Unless you’re getting paid the big bucks from using them. Then girl, I want a cut 🤣😘

This Urbandale J-hawk is one of a kind. She is involved in all things music and theatre. Truly a triple threat. She volunteers at church and at the Blank Park Zoo! Annabelle is a suburb girly who LOVES the country and plans to study agronomy and agricultural technology in college. About to crush it in a male dominated field 💪

I also want to take a moment to highlight the growth in her first two shoots with me. She has already gained SO MUCH confidence. I mean seriously....her 70s shots are UNREAL ✨🔥🔥

💃🏼 Not only she the captain of the Norwalk dance team, but she spends her time volunteering at Dance without Limits. Dance is life 🙌
🐮 When Ella was a baby sophomore, I was hired by her wonderful mama to surprise her with a highland cow photoshoot. She may or or may not have cried happy tears. I'll have to do a throwback soon 😏
🎫🎵 In the summertime (and throughout the year), catch this girl at all the concerts rocking out with her friends
