Hello Fatto friends, I come to you today with some news, not good or bad, but necessary.

As you all know, Steve and I welcomed a beautiful baby girl in May, and the past 6 months have been nothing short of incredible for our little family. While I had hoped I'd be able to do it all, ie work full-time, handle my Fatto duties, and (most importantly) be sweet Bellamy Girl's Mama, it has become apparent that one of those has to go. At this time, the one that has to go is Fatto. I've been giving this lots of thought over the last few months, and it is something that has been weighing heavily on my heart and mind. Today, I made the difficult choice to discontinue fattoconlamorecards.com.

While I am hopeful that one day I'll get back to the desk, this is simply not something that currently fits into my life, and changes needed to be made.

I am ever so grateful for the *years* of support you've all given me, and I look forward with a hopeful heart that I'll be able to serve you again in the future. For now, Momming is my jam, and there's no place I'd rather be! ❤️

In 2001 I began scrapbooking with a couple of supplies from my Mom. I very much enjoyed scrapbooking, creating four or five in the years between then and 2010...

Fast-forward to 2010...

My parent’s celebrated their 40th anniversary in October 2009, and from their four beautiful children received some lovely store-bought greeting cards wishing them the best. All was well, except for them receiving the same card twice in the same year for the same occasion--what can I say, we all have fabulous taste! Not that I viewed this as a problem, but this occurrence lit a fire within me, and I decided I wanted to start trying my hand at creating one-of-a-kind handmade greeting cards.

Now, don’t get me wrong, there are some perfectly lovely store-bought cards out there. These days, though, store-bought cards can be a touch pricey, not to mention you have to find time in your busy schedule to even stop at the store.
