And the award goes to…my husband! 🏆

From the moment I decided to start selling my meatballs, he’s been my biggest support system. He cheers on every dream, vision, thought, or idea I’ve ever had—even when it means jumping into something he never really signed up for (so much for enjoying our summers off as teachers!).

This summer was anything but easy. We cooked in 115-degree kitchens with no AC for 8–10 hours at a time. He carried heavy coolers, packed the truck, set up tents, and woke up before dawn to get everything ready for an 8 AM start—all while letting me sleep in a little longer. And most importantly, he cut all the onions (there were a LOT) so my eyes wouldn’t have to tear up. Not once did he complain.

I’ve loved watching him grow into a natural salesman. In fact, so many people think he is “Jamo”—which just shows the kind of impact he’s had on everyone who meets him.

I’m endlessly grateful for him—for his hard work, his belief in me, and for being the kind of partner who makes even the toughest days feel worth it. I love you!
