Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. ✨ The ability to create dishes that mimic and represent something else is truly a blessing. 🙏 This dish, Elote—roasted corn and poblano panacotta, butter-poached crab, smoked bourbon paprika coral, cilantro, and lime foam—is a taste of traditional Mexican street corn with a unique twist! 🇲🇽🌽 This is one of 10 courses from last night's private dinner. Our winter salad embodies the season! ✨ Candied pecans, cranberries, dehydrated apple chips, roasted & pickled beets, and goat cheese make this a MUST-try. The vinaigrette uses dehydrated fall herbs & champagne vinegar. Need we say more? Highly recommend this salad to start your meal! 😋
