Period Possible you are amazing!!!

Mark your calendars. 🎉 EmpowerHER is back for year 8, and this year we’re bringing you a night of dueling pianos, good food, great people, and an even better cause.

Join us October 1st at Louie Louie’s Dueling Piano Bar Louie Louie's Dueling Piano Bar for an evening built around community, connection, and giving back. Expect light bites, drinks, a silent auction full of local goodies, and a room full of people who came together to make a difference. All proceeds benefit Period Possible Period Possible and their mission to end period poverty right here in Colorado Springs.

And the giving doesn’t stop at the door. Battle of the Boxes starts in 1 WEEK through September 25th. Local businesses are collecting period products in a friendly competition, with the winning business taking home a team lunch. Every item collected counts toward our goal of donating 100,000+ period products to Period Possible.

How is it SEPTEMBER already?! 💙

August was one of those months that echoed the "why" we do what we do.

So here is your August Recap from our Soapbox!

We watched the Florida Tattooathon® raise more than $51,000 for the MFamilyFoundation. We spent some much-needed time with family…because really, what are we working so hard for if we don't make time for the people we love?

We loved working with Colorado Springs Imaging on their sponsorship of the Southern Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce Accolades event, volunteered alongside our Broadmoor Rotary Club family for A Place Like Home, caught up with some of our favorite local people at the Downtown Colorado Springs Fall Mixer, and wrapped it all up celebrating our community at La Vida with the Hispanic Chamber.

That's a pretty darn good August. ❤️

And September? We're ready for you.

First up, you'll find us at the Commonwheel Artists Art Festival over Labor Day Weekend in Manitou Springs. 🎨
We have a lot on the schedule after we wrap the festival but lets talk about Sept 19th...because on September 19, Colorado Springs, it's YOUR turn!

The 11th Annual Tattooathon® is coming, registration is OPEN, and we're within striking distance of $400,000 raised in total.

We love coordinating events. We love attending events. And we REALLY love showing up for the people doing great things in our community. 💙

We were so excited to have attended La Vida 2026 last week. La Vida is the Colorado Springs Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Annual Event and it was every bit as great as it looks — incredible people, great energy and another reminder of why we love being part of this community.
