Located at the crossroads of government, culture, commerce and community, Denver's Civic Center Park is a historic 12-acre urban oasis with a spectacular architectural backdrop that serves as the region's premier public gathering space. over the past three decades, conservancies of varying sizes and models have been established out of concern for parks that government entities had neither the capa

city nor the resources to maintain, program or enhance adequately. Conservancies are private, non-profit, park-benefit organizations that partner with government but raise money independently to invest in parks under action plans mutually agreed upon with their government partners. Key examples include the Central Park Conservancy, the Battery Park Conservancy and the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy.

Community Impact Fund Champions support Civic Center Conservancy's mission to keep Civic Center Park active and thriving for all. Each partner helps us reach our missional goals to create economic opportunity, build community, and ensure that improve public health.

We are so grateful to for their dedication to advancing inclusion and diversity in where all are welcome and given a platform to showcase their cultures and passions.

In 2025, 88% of the small businesses who vended at Civic Center Conservancy events were BIPOC/women owned & operated plus we provided 22 Emerging Entrepreneur Awards to lower the barriers to operate in Civic Center Park.

was back in Commons Park this week helping make clean and beautiful! A huge thank you to our partners at for hauling and spreading over half a ton of crusher fine on the exterior of the park. This helps keep the paths level so bikers and walkers have a safer route in and out of Commons Park.

Civic Center Conservancy has four days with left in the season and we're excited to continue caring for Denver's important green spaces.

Did you know that ozone pollution is our most pressing summer air quality issue in Denver? This invisible, odorless pollutant forms when emissions combine with heat and sunshine at grown level--where we don't want to breathe it.

Civic Center Conservancy partners with Regional Air Quality Council for the program to take simple steps to reduce our emission, like choosing to walk, bike, or bus to this summer.

Civic Center Conservancy's new Community Impact Fund Champion, is dedicated to supporting our mission to keep Civic Center Park active & thriving for all!

Last week, an incredible group of engineers and interns came out for and cleared half a ton of weeds and willows in Fishback Park to increase safety and beauty. takes care of over 280 parks across the city and we are grateful to all the volunteers who lend a hand to keep thriving.
