What a day at the Colorado Beef Festival! 🥩🎶

The food may have brought the flavor, but our incredible lineup of Colorado musicians brought the soundtrack. From start to finish, they kept the energy going and helped make the festival an unforgettable celebration of Colorado culture.

A huge thank you to every artist who took the stage and shared their talent with us. We couldn’t have asked for a better soundtrack to a day filled with beef, community and Colorado pride! 🤠

A huge thank you to every chef who participated in this year’s Battle of the Beef Masters! Your talent, creativity and passion for Colorado beef made this competition one of the festival’s biggest highlights. 🥩🔥

Congratulations to our first-place winners, Chef Fausto Félix of Riqueza Mexican Group, the group behind Rosa Mexican Kitchen, Rumbo 52, Agave Underground and The Dugout Grill & Bar, and Chef Julio Gaspar, Executive Chef at Encanto Cocina & Cantina. The two talented chefs finished the competition tied for first place!

We also congratulate Chef Justin Cde Baca, AKA GrillVault BBQ, for taking home second place!

Thank you to all of our chefs for bringing the heat and sharing your incredible food with the Colorado Beef Festival community. Let’s hear it for our 2026 winners! 👏🏆

The 2nd annual Colorado Beef Festival is complete! We brought community, love for beef, ranchers, music, and local businesses together. It was a safe, family oriented event that we are so thankful to the community for.

Our goal is to always bring the best of our Colorado community and you all didn’t disappoint! Let’s continue to grow and share what brings us together every year!
