Midcoast friends! Save the Date for the First Rhythm Sanctuary Belfast Ecstatic Dance, held on May 4th!

We will be celebrating Beltaine and the powerful knowledge that we can renew ourselves year after year, just like nature does, and celebrate all the pleasures of being alive.

We have the great honor to be a sister dance to my favorite ecstatic dance in the world, Rhythm Sanctuary, created by the magical Ahva Lenay, and running for over 18 years in Denver.

Hello amazing Denver event humans! It’s no surprise that I’m not the best at social media, and I know we’ve left a lot of y’all questioning where we are and what’s next for us. Well, we want to fill you in on the last 20 months of our vanlife, and what we’re doing next and the ways that you can be involved! ⚡️⚡️ Join us Saturday April 9th at 1:30pm, at Cheeseman Park pavilion for a group storytelling event! We will share stories from the road, what we’ve learned living in 30 ft.², and what’s in store next! We wish we could connect with each and everyone of you individually, but this is the best we can do now, and we think it could be really fun! Bring kids, snacks and your collaborative spirit! So I’ve started a thing of dancing in the middle of these typically busy streets post my morning run and it’s a total joy fest!! Dancing is my lifeblood and I hope that by sharing my joy with passers-by I can encourage them to just let go and feel joy again!! ❤️🙌❤️🙌❤️🙌

Oh man, we are pumped for Sarah and Mikey, our first wedding of the season this weekend at ! I feel so damn lucky to have the best couples around, beautiful people who want to celebrate their love in positive, inclusive and sustainable ways. Plus the amazing playing the reception- it is going to be epic! 🤩🤩Speaking of epic, it’s almost Amber and Silvers one year anniversary! Oh man, it’s been a minute since I’ve been tending to the social media world! The holidays wrapped up with starting not one but two podcasts (one wedding related, one more personal/artistic), as well as a new commitment to a social life has left very little time for phone time. And that feels hella cool. 💥🌞💥 I am thriving as I open my heart and schedule to new friendships and activities and feeling that this balance will make me a better planner, mom and overall happier being! 😂😍🤩 Speaking of happy little beings, I loved having this surprise moment captured at Lisa and Steves wedding. We highlighted our passion for radical inclusivity, positivity and sustainability practices, and now we get to share what we think will change the world in a feature in the magazine. Production management had been a passion of ours for ever, and we are looking for 5-8 more bands to offer super affordable production management for as we continue to grow - from helping with the flow of the set list, to adding in seamless transitions and theatrical elements, to our relationships with rehearsal and performance spaces, to aiding load in and setup, our goal is to elevate bands to a new level to reach more fans through incredible live performances!

So I seriously love winter and all types of weather, but man has it been cold this season! I biked to the office today in my fleece pants AND snow pants, two pair of gloves and full face mask, lol! It was 20 degrees when I left the house, it a mini blizzard in city park and then made it to the studio in sunshine- ah Colorado, I do love your bipolar weather patterns! However, I am yearning just a bit for these warm weather vibes, and this incredible couple, Andy and Robbie! We had a blast shooting this style shoot with and and wish we could be sipping on one of those fruity martinis right about now!! Here’s to love keeping us warm for now!!
