We as human beings are driven to follow a certain cadence to maintain our own sense of well being. The demands of everyday life limit our ability to workout, which intensifies the feeling that we need to prove ourselves to the masses. I believe in well rounded, live events that offer patrons a true sense of authenticity and have seen results first hand through wellness programs. As such, Sunny Tra

ils incorporates warranted programs onsite that are free of judgement, competition and rigidity. During six years of creating and directing the “Work It Out” umbrella program at Bonnaroo, which currently features YogaRoo, RooRun, Dancercise and Ayurvedic sessions, I have successfully increased fan enjoyment and participation. The purpose of Sunny Trails wellness programs are to show people how good they can feel when they honor their need for self care solo or as part of a community. Sunny Trails will Create, Execute and Grow a wellness program to compliment the brand and culture for any event.

What up Seattle, Washington?!?!

Get ready for the big weekend with Rootfire In The Emerald City coming to town this Saturday! Join us at the opening of the festival for Sunny Trails Yoga! Seattle's own Tara Dyberg from The Grinning Yogi is coming to host the class and we couldn't be more excited!

Yoga Logistics:
Class Starts at 1:15pm!
BYOMat or do it on the grass!
Make sure you eat breakfast and drink plenty of water beforehand!
You must have a ticket to the festival to participate!
Suggested donation of $5 will go to benefit Kings County Park District

We're baaaaack! And incredibly excited to partner with Rootfire In The Emerald City and open this amazing day of music with YOGA!

The ever amazing Tara Dyberg from The Grinning Yogi in Seattle, Washington will be leading the flow and space, helping to set our vibes and get our bodies limber for the dancing day ahead!
