Awwwww yeah, been hearing great things about so had to head down to Castle Rock to see what's up, and the minute you see the outstanding views you know you're in for a treat. The Chipotle Glazed Wagyu Short Ribs were fall off the bone tender and really great cocktails. Definitely going to have to go back and try their steaks and sushi!
