What's better than one amigo? Well Dos Amigos! Knocked out a hike in Castle Rock and stopped by Dos Amigos and very happy I did. Great green chili and tacos and burritos filled up! Great flavors and great staff!

At first I was a Lil sad that π‘»π’‚π’Žπ’Žπ’š π‘Άπ’‚π’Œπ’π’‚π’π’… didn't bring the new limited edition OREO flavors that are being voted on to come back next year but she was awesome and let me try 2 of the flavors (chicken & waffles and deep fried can be voted on along with Banana Pudding) and also tried the Cinnamon roll & BTS oreos. I'm voting for Cinnamon Roll even though it's not an option lol

Got a chance to go to the recently opened Lost Canyon Ranch Open Space featuring 10 miles of new trails with more being worked on. Super quiet and so many great quick trails to hit up my far from Castle Rock!
