Consider your Saturday in October breakfast plans handled. Boos & Booze comes to courier market bar kitchen this Saturday, October 17, and again October 24 with our breakfast buffet, bottomless mimosas and a seasonal apple c***r pour made for fall mornings in Denver. Come hungry for made-to-order omelets, fresh waffles and breakfast favorites, and feel free to dress for the occasion 🧙‍♀️
 
Then, on October 31, we’re going a little more grand. Our Grand Halloween Breakfast Buffet brings the festivities to the table with your breakfast favorites, plus a very special Halloween treat display featuring mummy chocolate-covered strawberries, caramel apples, graveyard pudding cups and more.

August had range at Grand Hyatt Denver. Swipe through a few of the moments that made the month, starting with courier market bar kitchen taking the Colorado Smokehouse Burger to Burger Brawl. Jalapeño jam, BBQ burnt ends, green chile gouda and BBQ sauce made with local Laws Wh***ey House made for a distinctly Colorado contender.

Meanwhile, there was plenty of buzz on the rooftop. National Honey Bee Day gave us a reason to celebrate the two hives that call our hotel home and the pollinators they help support in downtown Denver.

A birthday stay deserves its own moment. We loved helping Shelby Carr celebrate another trip around the sun, complete with a few thoughtful surprises along the way 🎂

The hotel takes on a different energy when hundreds of people come together under one roof. It was a pleasure welcoming Illuminating Engineering Society attendees to Grand Hyatt Denver for a week of events, conversations and connection.

Back to Burger Brawl, because the team behind the burger deserves the spotlight too.

One Burger Brawl photo was never going to be enough, so we’re closing August with the Colorado Smokehouse straight from the grill. Which moment would you have wanted to be part of?

In celebration of National Honey Bee Day, we’re giving a little extra appreciation to the honey bees that call the Grand Hyatt Denver rooftop home. Our two hives help support pollinators in the heart of downtown Denver, and their impact reaches far beyond the rooftop.
 
Pollinators help nearly 75% of the world’s flowering plants reproduce, and about one in every three bites of food we eat depends on them. A recent check of our hives showed healthy activity and plenty of newly emerged bees, so we’re delighted to see our rooftop residents flourishing. Happy National Honey Bee Day!
