We’re opening up our flexible creative and event space to a values-aligned collaborator(s) for regular weekday use — consistent, affordable space in City Park West without the overhead of a full lease.
🌟Available days are Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm. The whole space all to yourself!

600 sq ft, fully furnished, flexible open layout
Capacity: workshops up to about 25, meetings up to 15, small parties up to 30
Keycode entry via electronic keypad — your own access code, no check-in required
Kitchenette, fridge, microwave, instant-hot water, water cooler
Flat screen TV w/HDMI, whiteboards, folding chairs & tables, utility sink
One rolling storage shelf rack included (36”W x 21”D x 60”H, up to 200 lbs)
City Park West — central, walkable, transit-accessible
💲Pricing for 3 month commitment:
Normally $75/hr
1 day a week $450–$500 Save ~25%
2 days $800–$850 Save ~33%
3 days $1,050–$1,100 Save ~41%
4 days (full block) $1,200–$1,300 Save ~46%
