Colorado Symphony Orchestra raises over $1 million gross at its annual fundraising gala -- and John Tobey Events was honored to serve as the luxury planner for 'Symphony in the City', bringing world-class music and elevated design to Denver's most storied cultural corridors.

The evening opened with a fundraising dinner and program in the Seawell Ballroom, where dramatic tablescapes on iridescent linens met oversized tiered chandelier structures, casting architectural drama and a continuous shimmer of glamour over the room. A full-width skyline backdrop transformed the stage wall into an immersive tribute to the city.

From there, guests moved to Boettcher Concert Hall for a rare, intimate performance by multi-GRAMMY and Academy Award-winning artist Jon Batiste - genre-defying, rooted in jazz, soul, and classical tradition, and the perfect guest of honor for a night celebrating the power of live orchestral music.

An unforgettable evening dedicated to sustaining Denver's beloved symphony.
