Real wedding moment:

Guests started arriving earlier than expected while vendors were still finishing setup. Instead of rushing the reception, we adjusted the timeline slightly and gave them the time they needed.

That small adjustment made a big difference in how calm everything felt.

This is something many couples don’t think about when building their timeline - real-time adjustments.

If you're planning your wedding yourself and want a professional to review your timeline before the big day, I offer Wedding Timeline Audits.

Hi everyone!

I’m Jazmyne, a wedding coordinator, of J. Lewis & Co here in Colorado. 🤍

One thing I notice almost immediately at weddings is the timeline structure. Before the ceremony even starts, you can usually tell if the day is going to run smoothly or feel rushed.

Some common things I see:
• vendors arriving at different times
• ceremony timelines scheduled too tightly
• no buffer between key moments
• transitions not clearly planned

Most couples don’t realize how important this is until the day of.

If you're currently building your timeline and want a professional to take a look before the big day, I offer Wedding Timeline Audits to help catch these things early.

Comment FLOW and I’m happy to share details 🤍

🚩 Wedding timelines usually run late for one reason:
Vendor timing.🚩

Hair & makeup runs long.
Vendors arrive at the wrong time.
Setup overlaps guest arrival.
A structured timeline fixes most of this.

If you're building your wedding timeline, save this post; it might save your ceremony start time.

Even when you build buffer into a wedding timeline, things can still run behind.

This ceremony started later than planned, but because the timeline had structure we were able to reset the flow and get back on track quickly.

Did your wedding timeline run exactly on time, or did things shift during the day?

One thing couples don’t always realize about wedding days is how much coordination happens behind the scenes.

Timeline adjustments.
Vendor arrival confirmations.
Family photo coordination.
Transition cues.

When those pieces are structured ahead of time, the day feels calm instead of rushed.

A smooth wedding day doesn’t happen by accident, it happens through preparation.

If you're building your wedding timeline and have questions, feel free to ask below. I’m always happy to help where I can 🤍

One of my favorite things about wedding days is when the flow just feels calm.

Not because everything is perfect, but because the timeline was built with structure.
Buffer between transitions.
Clear vendor alignment.
Space for real moments.
If you’re building your own timeline, give yourself more cushion than you think you need. It will protect your peace more than any decor upgrade.

If you're unsure about your timeline, I’m happy to give feedback in the comments. 🤍

📣📣PSA for ENGAGED COUPLES 📣📣

🚩🚩 Here’s where timelines usually break. 🚩🚩

Vendors arriving without clear structure
No portrait buffer
Reception transitions stacked too tightly
Budget doesn’t cause chaos.
Lack of flow does.

For couples who don’t need full coordination but want their timeline reviewed and vendor alignment confirmed before the big day, I offer a Wedding Flow Audit & Strategy Session.

If that would be helpful, comment FLOW and I’ll share details here.

🚩 If your wedding timeline looks like this
(see video 👇🏾)… it’s not “just a busy day.” 🚩

It’s unstructured.

Most weddings don’t run behind because of budget.

They run behind because:

• No buffer was built
• Vendors weren’t aligned
• Transitions weren’t controlled

When the DJ is wiring speakers at 4:29pm and dinner starts at 5:00pm… that’s not bad luck.
That’s a flow problem.

You don’t need more décor. You don’t need a bigger budget. You need structure.

If you’re planning your wedding and want professional eyes on your timeline before the big day, let’s fix it before it fixes you.

Comment "FLOW" and I’ll send details on my Wedding Flow Audit + Strategy Session.

There’s a version of your wedding day where you’re fully present.

You’re laughing. You’re hugging people. You’re soaking in the moment.

And then there’s the other version…
The one where you’re answering vendor questions. Checking the timeline. Solving small problems before anyone else notices.

A calm bride isn’t accidental, she’s supported.

Y is for Your Peace.

Peace isn’t about hoping everything goes smoothly. It’s about having someone experienced protecting the flow, managing the details, and shielding you from the stress. So you can actually enjoy the day you planned.

Only TWO April/May dates remain. If you want your wedding day to feel calm and controlled, message me “PEACE” and let’s talk availability.
