Tori and Sean had the most beautiful outdoor September wedding at one of our favorite venues, Willow Ridge Manor!

During cocktail hour our team, with the help of catering, complety transformed the ceremony space into the beautiful reception space you see in the photos - complete with place settings, menus, gifts, centerpieces, and all! We worked with the couple to plan every detail beforehand so we could pull this off quickly and efficiently.

And of course, we ended the night with a party like we always do! We loved using our uplighting outside to enhance the area around us.

"We booked Scott as our DJ and Olivia as our coordinator, and they were both absolutely amazing! Scott kept the dance floor full all night and we got so many compliments from guests about how great the music was. You could tell he was having fun too, which made the vibe even better.

Olivia was super organized, quick to respond, and handled everything seamlessly on the day of, which was no small task given the amount of decor we had! We also did a full flip of the space from ceremony to reception, and while I was initially nervous about the turnaround, Olivia made it completely stress free. She also communicated very thoroughly with all of my other vendors, even one that was a bit difficult. They both went above and beyond to make our day perfect, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!"

From their private first look on Lookout Mountain, to a beautiful and emotional ceremony, the cutest ring bearer, an epic light saber battle grand entrance, personal touches throughout the reception (like having their mothers wedding dresses displayed on mannequins), and ending with a non stop dance party - we could not have asked for a better end to our wedding season than celebrating with these two!

We're lucky enough to do what we love - together!

Music is our love language. We're all about curating the 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵 soundtrack to your day that reflects 𝘆𝗼𝘂 and your people. From classic wedding staples ➡️ college house party throwbacks (yes we are millenials) ➡️ straight-up EDM house and bass music, we know how to read the room and keep the dance floor alive.

We want you to be THE guests of honor at your wedding, not having to work it. As your DJ + Coordinator we keep your wedding day 𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁, communicate with your other vendors, and keep you stress-free - all while staying calm, having fun, and ready to pivot when needed.

Wedding days don't always go according to plan, but that's when we lean on music even more to help change the vibe and curate unforgettable memories - and that's exactly what we did for this special couple! Together with their wonderful family, friends, and team of vendors, it turned out to be a beautiful wedding and a *really* fun dance party!

We had the honor of providing both Coordinating and DJing services - it was so rewarding to see all the planning work come together and bring their vision to life!

"AMAZING! I cannot recommend Vows to Party for DJ + Coordination services enough!! From day one, Scott and Olivia were extremely communicative and genuinely seemed excited to work with us. Scott killed it as DJ and didn't miss a beat (literally) from ceremony to the dance party, we had guests dancing the entire night! Olivia was extremely organized as our day of coordinator and, as the bride, I was able to relax and enjoy the time before the start of the wedding. She took care of EVERYTHING. It can be hard to trust someone to carry out the vision for all the decor, but Olivia exceeded what I imagined and brought my dream wedding to life! After raining for 40 days straight, the sun chose to shine on this couple's beautiful wedding day at one of our favorite places!

We loved curating special moments throughout this evening - not only did we celebrate the newlyweds, we also had a special mother's & daughter's dance, celebrated the brides parents 30th wedding anniversary, and celebrated the maid of honors birthday. Check out the videos!

We love when we get hired for having the same music taste as the couple - it always makes for a non stop dance party, and we had so much fun!
