Recently I have had 4 different equity firms email me(on my personal em) about an interest their clients have in acquiring Reverend Allen the officiant and doesn't make sense being I am just little ol me doing the marrying..and not one have emailed me on my Reverend EM.

Need some feedback from the officiant world. Just got 2 emails(and not to my Rev Allen email but personal email) from 2 different firms, either interested in getting my business, an investment or outright purchase. I am just an individual officiant not an organization.

I just dodged another scam and wondering if any other individual officiants have gotten this kind of attention AS WELL.

Living my real version of "That's Life". just talked with a producer of the Netflix series "Love Is Blind" shooting the sixth season here in Colorado hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey....wants to hire me as the officiant for the season ending episode with the wedding. Shooting next Saturday at The Sanctuary golf course...up and down and over and out but I know one thing...each time I find myself flat on my face I pick myself up and get back in the race...That's Life...

When I see people responding to posts from couples ASKING for an officiant for their ceremony telling them "you don't need one, get a friend, so much more personal, anyone can do it" it grinds my gears. With almost 200 ceremonies as an ordained AND trained officiant I have so many times kept a ceremony from collapsing from no one knowing how to deal with "who has the rings?..how do we do the Unity Element?..bridesmaid gonna give you your vows?....lightening just shut off power?..Mom and Dad not sure what to do?..groom starts blubbering, who has a kleenex, now the bride is blubbering should we stop?..again who does what when?..3 year old ring bearer ran away AND tied an untyable knot AROUND the rings?...where is the license?...ooops forgot to sign it, guess not legally married..someone LOST the license?..you mean Bob is standing in the middle of ALL the pictures of the kiss?"yep, sure don't need a professional officiant..

Hey Colorado wedding folks..have a couple coming from Texas to get married on 10/31 around 6:00pm in the DTC area...suggestions?

park or open space in the DTC area for an elopement around 6pm(aware of sundown time).

Any photographers available 10/31 around 6pm for probably an hour'ish..don't know budget.

Had a first time yesterday..last minute ceremony in Denver and recommended Lookout Mountain for the location..the couple did not have a car and had to do Lyft there...got to be their chauffeur for a ride home. Could not just leave them there on the mountain in their wedding bliss to wait for another Lyft home.
