Cooke Rentals of Denver is looking for a new Event Consultant!!
This position is great for someone who is customer service and sales oriented. Event Rental, event coordinator or wedding industry experience a plus but not mandatory.
Responsibilities include:
• Answer phones and greet walk in customers.
• Offer customers professional opinions and ideas to assist with their needs with up selling Cooke Rentals items in mind.
• Create quotes and reservations while obtaining all information needed to complete jobs, such as site maps, diagrams, layouts, times, etc.
• Print load slips, delivery and pick up tickets for warehouse and event crew.
• Process payments.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and social media.
• Communicate with Event Crew and Warehouse Staff regarding items going out and coming in.
• Learn Cooke Rentals inventory and keep a good understanding of how items operate.
• Stay up to date on current trends and popular items in the industry
• Update tables in showroom for seasonal and trending styles.
• Assist in keeping track with store to store trades.
• Pull linens for upcoming orders
• Handle sub rentals from outside companies
• Sort returned linens in order to send them off for cleaning.
• Assist in inventory counts.
Pay based on experience.
