This New Year’s Eve wedding was stunning. I love when couples jump head first into their theme and do so with a bold color palette. It’s truly a planner’s dream. Retro, fuchsia, disco balls, a champagne wall, and a late night nacho bar— need I say more?

Just as the bride and her father were about to walk down the aisle, a huge gust of wind blew all of the decor and linens off of the reception tables. The bride almost had tears in her eyes and I looked at her and told her- “I promise it’s all going to be okay. It’s going to be perfect and beautiful. And that will be the end of the wind.”

I have like 10 weather apps that I check religiously on your wedding day so I was reassuring her based on faith but also on facts. It was going to get better.

And sure enough it did. It cleared up, and the night was beautiful. We reset the reception space during the ceremony, and the guests never knew any different.

Problem solve and make it pretty! Sounds like a good motto. ✨

This wedding was full of adventure. A ceremony set on a hill with pillows as chairs, complete with live music for cocktail hour, and horse back rides up the mountain to an open air dance floor overlooking the Snake River. It was an unforgettable night. ✨

Hesitant to hire a wedding planner?
I get it- you have a budget and you’re looking for ways to cut down on it. But not hiring a coordinator is only going to add stress and chaos to a day that could/should just be filled with fun for you! There are hundreds of details that couples don’t take into account until it’s too late- leaving you scrambling and delighting tasks to loved ones that could otherwise just be enjoying your special day for all that it is. Not to mention all of the communicating with vendors, planning an entire timeline, setting up and tearing down your wedding, and being able to answer all of the questions that might come your way that you have probably never been asked before! 😬
I can promise you- you deserve to enjoy your wedding day. I don’t think anyone can argue with that. This is made possible by hiring professional vendors- including a coordinator.

This day was pure FUN. The groom had tears in his eyes thanking me for making their day everything they dreamed of. I had a moment where I realized, “This. This is why I do what I do.”
