Meet Carey, our brilliant Bar Manager at Sullivan Scrap Kitchen!

Originally from Baltimore, she’s been in Colorado for 13 yrs so she always has great recs for the city! She is happy to tell you all about the spent espresso coffee liqueur she makes in-house, or the restaurant’s plant wall she tends to. Mostly she can be found making faces at all the babies & kids that come in or giving the patio dogs dried trout skin treats🤪

Come say hello and grab a drink Thursday through Saturday from 9:30am to 3:30pm.

She’ll be behind the bar, serving tables, making faces at babies, and sharing smiles!

Sourcing with purpose is at the heart of everything we do. Nearly half of our bar ingredients come from local partners who share our commitment to sustainability and stewardship.

One of those partners is a Denver gem that recently transition to a new home in Louisville. Their spirits captured the adventurous spirit of Colorado using heirloom grains and homegrown herbs. Even their spent grain finds new life, feeding cows, making pizza dough, and even pup treats.

🌈 Happy Pride Month🌈

At Sullivan Scrap Kitchen, inclusivity isn’t just something we talk about during Pride Month, it’s who we are every day. Our team is proud to foster a welcoming space for everyone, from our staff to our guests, and we’re thrilled to celebrate love, identity, and community this June!

We’re especially excited to be just two blocks away from the starting point of the Coors Light Denver Pride Parade on Sunday, June 29, 2025, and we’d love to kick off the festivities with you!

Join us starting at 9:30 AM to grab a bite, sip something bubbly, and show your colors before the parade steps off at 17th Avenue & Franklin Street. This year’s route is brand new, moving from its traditional spot on Colfax due to East Colfax BRT construction, and will finish at Lincoln Street.

Whether you’re marching, cheering, or just soaking in the joy, our doors and patio are open, and you are always welcome here!
