Sugar SHACK 🍁

Sugar shacks are where sap is collected from maple trees and is boiled into maple syrup. They have been around for many generations.

I don’t know but it feel like the time for a Maple Bourbon Cocktail. 🥃 (some of our favs are in our stories/highlights) 🤗

Some of my favorite days were fall vineyard walks in California. I have so many wonderful memories from my time spent there and I am appreciating them this season.

What an honor it is to highlight this wine! 🤩

Vindiou [ ] was started by Thomas and Cyprien from France, both whom I met while working in Chile!!

This summer I was able to visit a bottle shop in France [ ] where I picked up a couple bottles for the road. Yes I shoved them in my suitcase to bring home! 🙊

This Cinsault is a beautiful red wine from the Rhône valley. A medium- light bodied wine. Whole cluster fermented, foot stomped (yes it’s true), hand pressed and fermented with their own yeasts. Encompassed with great acidity and notes of violet, raspberry, spice, and everything nice.

Not sold in the USA, yet!! I am already planning next summer to visit to taste their latest project in person. Who is joining!?
