What fun we had! Planning with Ally & Ryan was pure love 💕 I was immediately hooked when they told me their inspiration was Baz Luhrmann meets enchanted fairy garden ❤️‍🔥 And it came together perfectly!
Obsessed with these 2 humans and this day 🧚

Planner or Coordinator? It’s one of the most common questions we get here at Rita Rose Events! 🤍

While both roles are essential to a smooth wedding day, the depth of involvement is completely different—especially when it comes to on-the-day ex*****on:

✨ Your Wedding Planner is like studying for an exam all semester long. Because we design, source, and build your event alongside you from day one, we understand your vision on an intimate, highly detailed level. When wedding morning arrives, we direct full setup with total clarity on every single nuance.

✨ Your Wedding Coordinator is like bringing in a top tutor in the final weeks before the exam. You’ve done all the studying, planning, and sourcing, and we step in 1–3 months before the wedding to learn your blueprint, organize the logistics, and execute your plan on the big day.

Swipe through to see the full breakdown and find out which level of support fits your wedding journey best! 🥂✨
