Does the neighborhood promote sociability - spots where you run into people you know, where you take friends and family when you want to show them the community? Are there many things to do - can you pursue various activities? When you stop at the coffee shop, do the people seem friendly? Do they appear to be happy about where they live?

I've been showing homes multiple times a week lately and have been inspired by some of the home decor and interior designs of many of these homes. For example, paneled walls can be dramatic and a huge focal point if you choose a style or color that is unique or strong. But wall paneling can also be quiet and soft, playing a background role in your room but adding a ton of character, texture, and interest that would not have been there with a basic flat wall.

II think this would be a great weekend project to add value to a home. What do you think of paneled walling?

MYTH: Denver isn't great for schools; I need to live in the suburbs if I want my children to have a good education.

Although Denver Schools have had a bad reputation in the past (low graduation rates, low test scores, and low overall rankings nationally), THAT IS NO LONGER THE CASE.
Many Denver public schools have seen dramatic improvement, especially in graduation rates, while specialty high schools (DSST, School of Performing Arts, etc.) have become some of the highest performing schools in DPS.
