Update: Arty is home, mom is feeding him slowly and getting his medications in him. He has a vet coming by on Wednesday to do a check on his surgical incision and change the dressing. He will need heart medication for the rest of his life, but he seems to be recovering well. His mom had to cover an additional 700 Euro for a weekend overnight stay that was required for his recovery from surgery. Any donation amount helps!

We are happy to announce that our applications are open for vendor booths for our 2027 Spring Event, Plot Tryst, a Texas Book Lovers Convention. The event is March 20th-21st. Please read through the application and contract before submitting.

We gave all of our founding year vendors the opportunity to reserve a place again for March prior to opening up the floodgates to the general population. We have over 50 returning authors and vendors already confirmed.

We have expanded to include an additional 44 booths from our July event. The majority of these spaces are outside on the covered plaza at the Denton Civic Center.

We have a few tables inside that are being held in case a vendor wants to become a sponsor. Sponsorships at Silver, Gold or Platinum Level come with a table. ($500, $1000, $1500). Sponsorships cover the cost of swag bags, advertisements and signage. There are also a few being held in case an author or vendor has an ADA accommodation reason to be indoors. If spaces open up indoors we will offer them first to those who have paid for an outdoor table reservation. Please email us if you have accommodations needed. We only have a few so please make sure to only request it if you have a true need. (I have an invisible disability and am not being the "not disabled enough" police. I am just asking for people to be honest.)

Acceptance/Waitlist Emails will be sent out starting Mid September and will all be sent out by the end of September. Applications are not accepted on a first come first served basis and are subject to review and selection based on the needs of the convention.

Please fill out the Application here: https://forms.gle/JNovEjBsuBWUif6i8

Hey Book Lovers,
Elle E. Evans (Founder of TBLC) here!
My bestie in Germany had to take her sweet cat to the vet emergently today and they had to rush him into emergency surgery. (But not without getting 4000 Euro from her first) Any donation amount would be appreciated to help cover the cost of this emergency surgery to save Arty!
