Breakfast specialties include a hearty French Toast (3 slices) breakfast served with Pineapple glazed ham and scrambled eggs, delicious pancakes, S.O.S with ham and eggs, island fried rice. Bagel Breakfast Sandwich or plain bagel with butter and cream cheese Baked goods include St Josephs recipe for Buttery Shortbread Cookies, Almond cookies is another version and other new baked items. Drinks available are sodas, bottled water, homebrewed sweet tea.
