📖 Want to hear how the nightmare begins?
I’ve shared that the first 10 chapters of The Reset Experiment grew from a recurring nightmare I had night after night.
Now I want to share a little piece of it with you—in my own words. ❤️
Here’s a short reading from the beginning of The Reset Experiment.
What would you do if you woke up one morning and the world outside your door had completely changed?

📚❤️ I have a small favor to ask!

Over the years, I've been incredibly fortunate to sell many copies of my children's books, Self Esteem and Bullied, at vendor events, book signings, and directly to families.

But I recently realized something…

Because so many of you purchased your books directly from me instead of through Amazon, my Amazon reviews don't reflect how many families actually have these books! 😊

If you or your child have read Self Esteem or Bullied, I would truly appreciate it if you would take a minute to leave an honest Amazon review. ⭐

Your review doesn't have to be long! You could simply share what your child enjoyed, what message stood out, whether the book started a conversation in your family, or if you would recommend it to another parent.

Reviews make such a difference for an independent author. ❤️ They help other families discover my books and decide if they're right for their children.

📗 BULLIED — Review or view on Amazon:

If you purchased your copy directly from me, I'd still love to hear what you thought!

And if you've already left a review—THANK YOU! 🥰 I appreciate your support more than you know.

Every review, recommendation and share helps my little books reach another child. 📚❤️

There's something else I haven't told you about The Reset Experiment. 🌙

I told you that the first 10 chapters came from a nightmare I had night after night.

But here's the part that makes those chapters even more personal:

When you read Sasha's reactions during those first 10 chapters, you're essentially seeing mine.

Her confusion.
Her questions.
Her fear.
The decisions she makes in the moment.

I wasn't sitting at my desk wondering, “What would my character do here?”

I was experiencing it in the nightmare.

When I woke up, I wrote it down.

For those first 10 chapters, I already knew how Sasha reacted because, in the dream, those were my reactions.

Then the nightmares stopped.

And suddenly Sasha was on her own.

From that point forward, I had to become the author and decide where her story would take her.

That's one of the strangest—and most fascinating—things about writing The Reset Experiment.

The beginning wasn't a story I sat down and created.

It was a story I dreamed. 🌙🧡

What if you woke up and the world you knew was gone?

The sky is orange.

The air isn't safe.

Someone else decides where you live, what you do—and even what you're called.

And you're expected to accept that this is simply your new life.

Would you follow the rules?

Would you pretend to follow them?

Or would you start looking for a way out?

🌙 The nightmare was only the beginning.

📖 The Reset Experiment
Releases October 13.
