HOT PEOPLE WATCH DOCUMENTARIES!!

An ode to

Starting tomorrow, through this week, swing by Triptych during your film/concert/photography marathon to try a Kettle Corn Capp! Half of the profits from this special will go right back to Thin Line.

Thin Line is a free to attend documentary, music, film, and photography festival held every April in Downtown Denton. The team that puts this event together is kick-ass! Be sure to check out their website and see what they're about.

The Kettle Corn Capp:

An 8oz cappuccino with a vegan scratch toasted caramel corn syrup. You'll get notes of movie theater popcorn, gram gram's caramel candies, and Nicole Kidman!

Open normal hours through the weekend with our buds .food serving their first round of brunch tomorrow! Be sure to catch them from 10a - 4pm and we'll see ya for coffee at 8am!

ART SHOW, BABY!!

We had an absolute f@ #*ing blast this weekend. Getting to work with these beautiful people on a project that really showcased each of our strengths was so, so cool.

We’re endlessly grateful to and for inviting us to partake a second time, and for inspiring us to get a little crazy with the theme. Thank you to for providing the tunes and the soundscape! The music was amazing, and so rich. Thank you for providing a vibe that was so incredibly unique, we’ll be thinking about it for a long time. A huge thank you, as always, to and of for providing a space and for the most “Hell yeah” attitude in the whole damn town. We love y’all. And as always, much love and thanks to .food for playin’ menu tag with us. Y’all can cook with us any day of the week.

And of course, a huge thank you to you! This wouldn’t be possible without the vibrant, creative community that lives here and continually invests back into local artists. We love y’all more than you know.

Okay, so here’s the thing. Last September, we celebrated one full year of triptych. Well…this weekend is one full year of FULL-time triptych. Isn’t that wild?

To celebrate, we’re bringing back the special from that weekend, with a little remix. Remember the Bales? Named after our favorite True Leaf besties, Taylor and Michael Bales? It was a cute lil blueberry matcha with a lemon cold cream….so good, but we’re flipping the script.

Introducing…..The Bales Remixed (feat. iced matcha with an oleo saccharum syrup, or a syrup made from lemon peels, and a blueberry cold cream layered on top.)

Refreshing, sweet, and perfect for the last March Saturday of the year :)

Happy Pi day! We’re dropping a few funky, springy specials that have nothing to do with Pi, but it’s a fun coincidence.

As we say goodbye to peppermint with our Final Girl (Scout) special (that amazing cold brew n’ cream sitch we mentioned yesterday)….We’re saying hello to some fresh spring syrups!

HONEY LAVENDER + THYME - a honey syrup made with honey, fresh lavender, and thyme. Great in a matcha, cappuccino, or anything!

DIRTY SHIRLEY - an espresso soda with a scratch-made tart cherry + pomegranate grenadine topped with a marasca cherry and a lemon + lime garnish.

BLUEBERRY - a classic! Blueberry’s making its 2025 debut this weekend. Popular in a matcha, but truly loved in a cappuccino with a dash of cinnamon.

THE FINAL GIRL (SCOUT) - a cold brew with a peppermint + mocha cold cream and crumbled Newman O’s Hint-O-Mint (cause Thin Mints are out of season) cookies.

The syrups are hangin for a bit, but stop by and try the weekend specials before they sell out! We’ll see y’all soon :)

Tomorrow’s Valentine’s Day and the Wilderness is hungry… but in this house, it’s Yellowjackets day. If you haven’t watched the series, we highly recommend, but be warned! Its dark themes are not for everyone…..

For fans of Yellowjackets, or just anyone who wants something fun to drink, we created a super fun Matcha special. We wanted to combine elements of the show and create an earthy, sweet, rich special.

Eat Your Heart Out: Strawberry-rose, breve matcha with a touch of beetroot powder + glitter.

Spend your Valentine’s Day with a special someone, or choose to spend it with us talking about your fave Yellowjacket’s theories! Either way, you deserve a treat.

Good mornin' you little snowy dentonites! The Triptych team is back and better than ever today! We're open inside True Leaf Studio from 9 AM to 4 PM today and Insurgent will start cheffing it up at 11 AM. You won't wanna miss it!

P.S. You're looking at our new special, the TEXAS TOAST!

An 8 oz warm 'n cozy beverage made of powdered hojicha tea (a roasted japanese green tea that has a natural sweet and nutty flavor), our brown sugar + vanilla syrup, steamed milk, then garnished with a bit of cocoa powder.

We also have the fan favorite, Barista's Breakfast, back on deck and we know you've missed those mini stroopwafels...
