Our team is having lots of fun in the bakery whipping up seasonal scones and funky cookies!

If you haven't noticed you'll find our biscuits, scones, and cookies starting at 8 AM, every day till sell-out. Things continue to rotate, but we're keeping the Bacon Cheddar Biscuit, Black Pepper Gouda Biscuit, Choco Chip Cookies, and Masa Cookies on (just about) every day!

You can also pre-order cookies, bulk coffee, and bottled syrups through the link in our bio. Be the life of the party!!

We're a small team as y'all know, but we're trying to keep your favorites stocked and your palates expandin'. Come try something new!

COFFEE, COOKIE + SYRUP PRE-ORDER LAUNCHIN’ NOW!!

Since our initial shift from catering to full time service, we’ve missed getting to be a part of your milestones and celebrations. We’re excited to introduce a couple of fun ways for you to partner with your favorite coffee shop and a super easy way to order.

Starting now, you can pre-order cold brew, drip coffee, house made syrups, and both of our cookies! Any order will need to be placed at least 72 hours in advance and will be available for pickup right here at Triptych.

HEYYYY. IT'S US.

So things are moving along at the shop, but this project is no joke! We're very grateful for these much needed improvements, but not as grateful as we are for your patience.

Closing isn't easy on any business, especially when it's one of our busiest seasons, and full transparency, this sucks for all of us on the corner! Our team is taking the surprise time off to rest and catch up. 🫶🏻

Help us make this weekend a comeback weekend for the books! We love y'all and appreciate you big time.

The rain today put us a little behind schedule so we'll need to close for tomorrow (Wednesday) as well.

PSA!

The whole corner will be closed tomorrow, 4/21, for property maintenance. TBD on Wednesday, we'll let ya know.

In the meantime we will be caffeinating with our pals , so we'll see ya there!

The Triptych team is finally starting to recover from Oscars week. Y'all really showed up with the enthusiasm we were looking for! We put out over 600 of the specials, Frankenstein coming out on top... of course. We had so much fun crafting the menu and your reactions always make it worth it!

Going into this weekend, we have the usual shenanigans!

We had SUCH a blast with y’all this weekend and we wanna keep the party goin’. Oscar specials are still running + a few off menu items to try!

Now that we’re stocked with ginger beer, you can order the following in addition to our Oscar’s specials…

ABOUT TOMORROW...

Y'all already know this week's been crazy with the weather getting us down. You know what else gets us down? 🧊!

Triptych will be participating in the nationwide general strike and invite you to join us. No work, school, or spending. While it would take much of the nation participating to put a dent in the billion dollar company's bottom line, tomorrow is about so much more than money for us. It's about our neighbors, our communities, and standing up for what's right.

And just to be so clear, we stand for immigrants, for black, indigenous, and people of color, we stand for the q***r community, and you are welcome at our table no matter your religious beliefs. We will not stand for hatred, for ostracisation, or racism.

We might not be serving your usual cup tomorrow but we encourage you to stop by and grab a drip on us, the baristas will greatly appreciate your cash tips! (don't worry everyone behind the bars is still gettin' paid)
