A question we get asked from time to time-"Why do you charge what you do?"
This a great question!
There are so many details and planning objectives that go into weddings. It's not just standing around and observing everyone having a great time, we're literally the heart behind the event.
For speeches- Is the mic fully charged? Is the audio at a level that everyone can hear?
Catering- Is the food ready before the wedding party enters? Are we dismissing tables?
Photographer(s)- Are they ready for the big moment? Are they recording head table speeches? Is the lighting perfect for the formal dances?
The list goes on and on...
Now lets bring to attention the cost of everything.
From traveling to the venue itself, time for planning, music downloads for custom edits, equipment costs (everything we bring we own), lodging if needed- this is just a mere idea of things.
There is literally so much that goes into a wedding, from being the first on scene to getting everything ready until we lock the doors at the end of the night- this is why we charge what we do because your day means everything to us, we get one chance to make it perfect!
