Itโs over. Iโm done.
Done with letting other people and social media and โgirl bossโ culture tell me how to run my life and my business.
Iโm done letting myself be controlled by my own expectations of perfection and how I might be perceived by others.
Iโm done letting technology run my life while I miss whatโs right in front of me.
2026 will look different for the Rae & Co brand.
While I wonโt be disappearing from social media completely, I will be appearing a little less.
My brand is all about genuine connection, which for me means making the slow transition to a mostly analog life. More physical books, more CDs and vinyl, more printed photos and more time in nature.
My focus in my business will be heavier in the tangible things, like more in-person coffee consults (if thatโs your thing), making sure you actually get printed photos and have something to hold in your hands. More experiences and less photo ops.
So while you might not see as much of all these wonderful things on my socials, maybe weโll just have to make plans for coffee dates, nature walks or game nights and truly connect ๐
Iโm also excited to announce that Iโll be back and forth between Fort Worth and Austin over the next two years until I make my physical transition to Austin in 2028!
