Not every wedding needs a ballroom.
If you’re planning something small in Delray Beach — just the two of you, a few favorite people, or maybe 20 guests max — I’d start by looking at places that already have the hard parts built in: food, drinks, atmosphere, parking, and a natural flow.
A few places I’d look at first:
The Ray if you want polished, modern, and walkable.
Deck 84 if you want waterfront, casual, and very Delray.
The Seagate if you want something more elevated and coastal.
Prime Catch in Boynton if you’re open to being just outside Delray and want water without making everyone stand in sand.
The Addison in Boca if you want historic, romantic, and more of a true event-space feel.
My honest advice: for a truly small wedding, pick somewhere that already knows how to host people. It keeps the day from turning into a project.
Small wedding. High standards.
