Let’s talk wedding signage! 🤍

Your welcome sign is usually one of the first things your guests see when they arrive, but wedding signage can do SO much more than just say “welcome.”

Think ceremony signs, seating charts, bar signs, menus, signature drink signs, guest book signs, unplugged ceremony signs… the list goes on!

Signage is a great way to add personality and carry your wedding colors, fonts and overall design throughout the day.

And while they’re pretty, they’re also functional.... good signage helps your guests know where to go and what to do without having to ask. 😉

It’s one of those wedding details that can be both beautiful AND useful, which is always a win in my book! 🤍

And that little dot you see on this place card? 👀 That’s for the catering team! It lets them quickly identify each guest’s meal selection when dinner is being served.

Little details like this may seem insignificant, but they can make a BIG difference in keeping dinner service organized and running smoothly. 🤍

Let’s talk napkin folds! 🤍

This one is called the **Waterfall Fold**. It’s a really pretty way to add some dimension to your place setting without doing anything too complicated.

Now, if you’re planning to have a menu at each place setting, your napkin fold can be a great way to display it! Depending on the size of your menu card, you can tuck it right into the fold so it becomes part of the place setting.

There are so many ways to play with your napkins and menus to create a beautiful table setting that feels intentional and completely yours. 🤍

There are SO many different veil styles, and the right one can completely change the look of a wedding dress!

From the classic cathedral veil to a fingertip, elbow-length, chapel, birdcage or blusher veil .... there’s a style for every bride and every vibe.

And don’t forget about the details! Lace, pearls, embroidery, raw edges, sparkle… even the way the veil is attached can make a huge difference.

When you are trying on dresses, try on a few different styles of veils too!

A little behind the scenes of a ceremony that was pretty from every angle. 🤍

And then… from the bride’s perspective. 🥹

I love seeing how all of the little details come together to create the BIG moment.

The chairs.
The florals.
The aisle runner.
The ceremony setup.

And then the bride walks down the aisle and suddenly none of those details matter anymore. ❤️

✨ Let’s talk TABLES! ✨

One of my favorite ways to make a reception feel a little more unique is to mix up your table styles! Instead of having a room full of the exact same tables, try mixing rounds with long tables. It adds dimension, makes the room feel more interesting, and gives you a little more flexibility with your layout.

And can we talk about these beautiful wooden king’s tables?! 😍

⚠️ Wedding planning tip: You can't just take a standard 8' banquet table and say, “Yep, we’ll seat people on both sides!” 😂 A regular 8' table simply isn't wide enough to comfortably accommodate guests sitting across from each other.

👉 Enter the KING'S TABLE! 👑

King’s tables are specifically designed to be wider, which means your guests actually have room to sit comfortably, eat, drink, socialize AND not feel like they're playing an awkward game of knee-bumping under the table. 😂

Plus… look how BEAUTIFUL they are! 🤎

Mixing rounds + king’s tables = one of my favorite reception layouts. It gives you the best of both worlds — traditional seating with a little more personality!

And this is exactly why having a coordinator who knows the little details of wedding logistics matters. Because pretty doesn't always mean practical! 😉

One of the things I love about Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa is this ceremony space.

You’re elevated above the public beach, so you get those incredible ocean views without feeling like your ceremony is happening right in the middle of the beach traffic.

Just you, your guests, the ocean, and that beautiful Florida breeze.

And honestly? You really don't need much when your venue comes with a view like this. 🌴✨
