DJ JerryO was the absolute best for our “Sun Dream” Yacht wedding celebration.

DJ JerryO put together a phenomenal and FUN playlist for us and our guests to enjoy at our wedding celebration, including our Russian playlist. From the start, Jerry collaborated with us on the types of songs we enjoyed and the vibe we wanted. At our wedding, his entire setlist flowed so well that by the very last song, everyone was left wondering how time had flown by so quickly - the true mark of a great time.

Our guests raved about him, and the vibe was perfect. He was also kind, attentive, thoughtful and funny.
Highly highly recommend!!!!

A Beautiful Wedding Aboard the Sundream Yacht

I was honored to be the DJ and MC for a stunning wedding aboard the Sundream yacht, cruising along the picturesque intercoastal waters. As guests boarded, I welcomed them to the top deck, where the ceremony would soon take place.

The Ceremony
Once all the guests were seated, the groom, Lenord, and his father, Constantine, who traveled from Southampton, New York, made their way to the altar. I played soft background music as everyone awaited the arrival of the lovely bride. When the moment arrived, Valerie walked down the aisle, escorted by her daughter and two sons, to the beautiful notes of "The Prayer" by Josh Groban. After they exchanged vows and were pronounced husband and wife, the recessional music, a wedding march, filled the air with joy.

Cocktail Hour
Following the ceremony, I invited all the guests to enjoy a cocktail hour, where I curated a mix of R&B, '80s ballads, and some country tunes. The atmosphere was lively as everyone mingled and celebrated the couple.

Grand Entrance and First Dance
The grand entrance was a highlight of the evening! I invited everyone to gather around the dance floor and played "Let’s Get Loud," encouraging the guests to clap for the newlyweds, Lenord and Valerie—affectionately known as Lenny and Lola. They made a fabulous entrance, and I announced their special first dance to "You Are My Everything" by Patrizio Buanne. Three-quarters of the way through the song, I invited all the guests to join them on the dance floor, creating a magical moment.

Dinner and Toasts
After a few love songs, I invited everyone to take their seats for dinner. Before the meal, Father Constantine offered a heartfelt blessing. As guests enjoyed their meal, touching toasts were shared by Lenny's father, Phil, Valerie's mother, Thotiana, and Valerie's sister, Tatiana, along with a few other guests who shared kind words.

Dancing and Special Moments
Once the meal concluded, we moved back to the dance floor on the upper deck to enjoy the stunning views and dance the night away. A special dedication dance took place, honoring the parents of the couple and thanking everyone for their participation in the joyous occasion.

Lenny took the floor with Valerie’s mother, Tatiana, for a beautiful mother-son dance to "You Raise Me Up" by Josh Groban, while Phil danced with Valerie in a heartfelt moment honoring those who couldn’t be there.

We followed this touching tribute with a lively bouquet toss, accompanied by "Single Ladies," and proceeded to the cake-cutting ceremony, where I played "How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved by You)."

A Night to Remember
The festivities continued as the couple and their guests danced the night away until we docked. It was an unforgettable evening filled with love, laughter, and beautiful memories.

A Magical Wedding at Amara Cay Resort

I had the immense pleasure of being the DJ for a beautiful wedding held at the stunning Amara Cay Resort, which overlooks the Straits of Florida and the North Atlantic Ocean. The scene was absolutely breathtaking, with white sands and swaying palm trees setting the perfect backdrop for this special occasion.

The Ceremony
As guests gathered, the groom stood at the altar with the officiant, eagerly awaiting his bride. When she made her grand entrance, the soft notes of "A Thousand Years" by Christina Perri filled the air, creating a truly enchanting atmosphere. The ceremony was heartfelt, culminating in the couple saying "I do" and sharing their first kiss as husband and wife. For their recessional, they chose "Close Your Eyes" by Michael Bublé, which perfectly encapsulated the love in the air.

Cocktail Hour
After the ceremony, I invited all the guests to the nearby beach for a delightful cocktail hour. I curated a mix of cocktail and love songs, allowing everyone to mingle and soak in the stunning surroundings. Laughter and joy filled the atmosphere as the sun began to set over the ocean.

Reception Highlights
The moment everyone had been waiting for arrived when the newlyweds made their grand entrance as the new Mr. and Mrs. Preston. A warm welcome toast followed, celebrating their love and commitment. Once everyone was seated, Cliff led a heartfelt prayer before the meal, setting a tone of gratitude for the gathering.

As dinner was served, guests enjoyed delicious food and shared touching toasts from Jeff, Cliff, and the bride's brother, Don.

Dancing the Night Away
After dinner, it was time for the couple's beautiful first dance to "My World" by Calum Scott. The love in the room was palpable. I then invited everyone to join in the fun, kicking off the dance party with "We Are Family" by Sister Sledge. The dance floor was alive with energy, featuring a fantastic mix of country, '80s hits, and disco classics.

As the night progressed, we celebrated with the cake cutting to "All of Me" by John Legend, followed by the bouquet toss, accompanied by the upbeat tune "You Sexy Thing" by Hot Chocolate.

A Dream Wedding at Dream Bay Resort

On November 9, 2004, I had the incredible honor of being the DJ and MC for a beautiful wedding at the stunning Dream Bay Resort in Key Largo. With the Gulf of Mexico as the backdrop, the ceremony was nothing short of magical, creating memories that would last a lifetime for the bride, groom, and all their loved ones.

The Perfect Ceremony
As guests gathered, the atmosphere was filled with anticipation. The bridal party made their way down the aisle to the soothing notes of “Here Comes the Sun,” a beautiful piano instrumental that set the perfect mood for the occasion. When it was time for the bride’s grand entrance, the music shifted to the heartfelt strains of “Can't Help Falling in Love,” performed on piano and cello. The bride, radiant and glowing, walked down the aisle with her father, embodying pure joy and love.

The ceremony was beautifully officiated, capturing the essence of their commitment to each other. As they exchanged vows and rings, there was not a dry eye in the house. When the officiant introduced them as the new Mr. and Mrs. Hood, I played “This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)” by Natalie Cole for their recessional, filling the air with celebration and promise.

Cocktail Hour and Celebration
Following the ceremony, we invited guests to enjoy a delightful cocktail hour. Our talented steel drummer, Gail, entertained everyone with a mix of reggae and classic steel drum songs, enhancing the tropical vibe of the setting.

After cocktail hour, we moved to the second platform of the outdoor patio, where guests eagerly awaited the grand entrance of the bridal party. As they made their way into the lively tune of “Here Comes the Sun,” it was clear that everyone was ready to celebrate.

Then, the moment arrived for Patrick and Jamie to make their entrance as newlyweds. They stepped onto the dance floor for their first dance, a beautiful rendition of “Real Love, Baby” by Father John Misty. The joy radiating from them was infectious.

Special Dances and Heartfelt Toasts
After their first dance, Jamie’s father, Jay, escorted her to the center of the dance floor for a touching moment as they danced to “My Little Girl” by Tim McGraw. It was a poignant tribute that highlighted the bond between father and daughter.

Next, Patrick took his turn, dancing with his mother to “Days Like This” by Van Morrison. The love and pride on their faces were evident, creating a heartwarming atmosphere.

Following the dances, Jay gave a heartfelt toast to the couple, filled with love and well wishes for their future. The maid of honor, Brooke, then took the floor to share her touching words, celebrating the couple's journey together. Lastly, Jacob, the best man and Patrick’s childhood friend, raised a glass to the newlyweds, adding a personal touch to the evening.

A Night to Remember
As dinner was served, the atmosphere shifted to one of joyous celebration. The dance floor was alive with energy, and it was clear that this couple and their guests were ready to party. They danced the night away, and I was thrilled when they asked me to extend the celebration beyond our planned time. Their enthusiasm and love for dancing made it an unforgettable experience.

A Surprise to Remember: Celebrating Sandra's 70th at Deer Creek Country Club

What a magical evening it was at Deer Creek Country Club as we gathered to celebrate Sandra's surprise 70th birthday! From the moment we arrived, anticipation filled the air. Her daughter had curated a fantastic playlist featuring a mix of oldies, R&B, and some classic 80s hits, setting the perfect tone for the gathering.

Friends and family from near and far came together to honor Sandra, and the warmth of love and laughter enveloped us all. As her six children, along with her grandsons and granddaughters, raised their glasses for heartfelt toasts, it was clear just how special Sandra is to everyone around her.

Dancing was at the heart of the celebration. Guests enjoyed the infectious rhythms of oldies and line dancing, creating a joyful atmosphere where everyone could join in. The staff at Deer Creek outdid themselves with a delightful spread of food that kept our energy high throughout the night.

The highlight, of course, was the cake. As we gathered around, everyone sang "Happy Birthday" a ca****la, filling the room with a beautiful and spontaneous harmony. Sandra's joy was palpable as she basked in the love and laughter of her family and friends.

Spooktacular Night at the Cross Family Halloween Party
This Halloween, I had the absolute pleasure of spinning tunes at the Cross family house in Plantation, Florida. The party kicked off at 5 PM, and from the moment the first guests arrived, the atmosphere was electric with excitement.

As everyone showcased their creative costumes, the mix of country, pop, and oldies filled the air, setting the perfect backdrop for a night of fun. We danced the evening away, with lively line dancing, the cha-cha slide, the electric slide, and the wobble bringing everyone together on the dance floor.

The highlight of the night was undoubtedly the delicious catered Latin cuisine, which added a festive flair to the celebration. It was heartwarming to see everyone enjoying themselves, laughing, and making memories.

Thank you, Cross family, for letting me be a part of such a wonderful event. I can’t wait to do it all again next Halloween! Boo! 🎃👻

Damon & Cameron's Reception

What a beautiful reception. It was at the Diplomat Hotel on October 22, 2024! The setting overlooking the Intracoastal and the ocean was truly breathtaking. The smooth jazz, R&B, and Buddha Bar music created a perfect ambiance for the intimate gathering. It was heartwarming to see how Cameron and Damon chose to keep their celebration low-key, focusing on the love they share. The open mic for toasts became a touching and personal moment for everyone involved. As the DJ for their special day, I felt honored to witness such a joyful occasion. I wish Cameron and Damon a lifetime filled with love and happiness, and I’m grateful to have been part of their unforgettable wedding day.
