I just restocked my BBQ sauce. And now I’m moving shops. I really don’t want to move all of this again. If you love our sauce or know someone who does I’m discounting cases by two free bottles. Normally $96 for 12, for now I’ll do $80 for 12. It doesnt expire until 12/2028. Has to be this week. I hope you all are well!! And remember to get your chimneys cleaned

Hello everyone, long time!!!! Thank you for all of your continued support for our Bloody Mary mix! It’s sold out almost everywhere it’s carried. Good news, the manufacturer gave me an updated date of Dec 1st production. All stores will be restocked asap. Just in time for the holidays. Happy Thankgiving everyone!!!!

Bittersweet day at Northern Smoke BBQ! The new owner came out to pick it up today. She will go by Up North BBQ out in Ashby MN.
Thank you to all of my faithful customers for all of those years. I will miss seeing your faces excited to get tacos, nachos, banh mi or ribs.
The sauce and rub line is still being sold. The sauce and rub is at Reiders and True Value in Delano and the bloody mix is still at the 17 locations around the cities.
Again, thank you all from the bottom of my heart! It was a great run!

After a lot of thinking and conversation I’ve decided to sell the food truck after all. Just the truck though, not the namesake. I’m going to remove all of the labeling, do some fixes and get it detailed. My goal is to have it ready for an Oct 1st sale. Let me know if you or anyone you know is interested in becoming a pit master for a living. Your food truck dreams await you!

I suppose this is as good of time as any.
Sadly I have decided not to open Northern Smoke BBQ this year.
A huge thank you to everyone that has supported us through the years, it means everything!!
I have not decided if I will sell the food truck or not, only time will tell.

Well that’s a wrap Fargo! 3rd place again for this Bloody Mary Festival. Next festival is Saturday May 25th at Breezy Point in Brainerd. Let’s get some of our fans there!! Thank you to everyone that came out and tried our products today!! It was fun
