Now available on draft, our newest Spring Seasonal,
La Sombra!

Our Mexican-Style Dark Lager is made in the shade using Vienna and Munich malts, and mashed with one-third corn grits to create a beer light in flavor but with deep ruby color.

Delicate additions of German Saphir and Mittelfrüh hops balance the European malt flavors.

Enjoy in our Biergartens of any cool, shady patio and you’ll have it “Hecho a la Sombra.”

This past Saturday was the 2026 Texas Craft Brewers Cup and there was some stiff competition! Huge congrats to our friends that placed and the for another top notch event!

🥈Hefeweizen took home the silver medal in the Wheat or Rye category

🥉Schwarzer Rauch took home the bronze in the Smoke & Chili Beer category at the 2026 Texas Craft Brewers Cup
