Hi All,
It's been a great couple years, and I hope y'all have enjoyed Battleground Ranch as much as weve enjoyed putting it together for everyone. The positive feedback has been great and it seems like most of you had a great time, which is the most we can hope for. Unfortunately it has been difficult to maintain a minimum level of business, being an unknown technology a bit out of town. Whereas a paintball or traditional laser tag center can just wait for people to look them up, we are forced to do marketing not just to make people aware of us, but also to explain what we do. That marketing has not been working, and we have other responsibilities that require more of our time. At this point we have made the decision to close Battleground Ranch. We will continue to operate for those of you with existing bookings, and any public sessions with tickets sold. So if you'd like to play one last time there should be a few sessions still open through mid November.

Battleground Ranch is looking for a part time go-getter focused on Corporate and group sales. This position can be largely work from home and can set your own hours.

The position will be hourly + commission and consist of the following functions:

Group Sales Outreach.
* Identify local businesses, visiting bachelor/ette parties, clubs, school and youth groups likely to be interested in Tactical Laser Tag team events.
* Generate potential customer lists/CRM
* Use lists to identify the best way to reach those customers and sell them event packages.
* Create packages and complete sales with excellent customer service

Base pay based on experience, higher rate negotiable for candidates with a history of provable success.

The ideal candidate would be an outgoing extrovert, a self starter, presents themselves professionally, can engage in friendly and cheerful conversation, and can adapt and improvise with minimal oversight.

Another adventure: This cutie girl wondered onto the ranch on Fri night. She needed some food/love/scratches. Everyone fell in love 🥰 We asked our neighbors and they said they've seen her roaming around for a few weeks and may be someone abandoned her near Battleground Ranch. But we knew someone out there missed this adorable 🐶

Cody took her to the animal shelter today to see if she had a microchip and SHE DID! The owner was contacted and she is back home at last! She was gone for a few weeks roaming the mean streets of Austin. We will miss this adorable lady but really happy she found her home 🏡 ❤️
