Decorating time: flexible hours
It comes with 10 rectangle tables and 50 chairs.
We do not have a clean fee; however, if you do not want to clean, we can get some to clean for $75. All trash much be picked up.
We do not set up tables and chairs nor do we pick them up.
We have a 75”, 50 “ tv and stereo system with Bluetooth. The kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, griddle, gas grill, charcoal grill and a gas burner.
Pool is 4 feet all the way around. We are looking into a lifeguard if young children will be swimming and their fee will be paid by the renter.
