Ladies and Gentlemen..... introducing our Texas Po'Boy! Smoked Sausage, Sliced Brisket, Pulled Pork and our house BBQ Sauce. Seasoned with our MFC Rub and smoked with Medrano’s Firewood Mesquite/Pecan to add that awesome smoke flavor. Keep an eye out because it'll be available next week.

This evening is the deadline to pay for orders that have previously been made. Unfortunately, orders that are not paid for will be cancelled and those orders will be moved to our customer wait list. We apologize for any and all inconveniences this may cause but multiple attempts have been made to contact some customers and we must meet the demands of our customers in order for everyone to enjoy our great BBQ and Tex-Mex food.
