What happens when the motivation disappears?

Because eventually…it will.

You can be fired up about a new goal.

You can have the perfect workout plan.

You can clean up your nutrition and swear that THIS time you’re going to stay consistent.

And then life happens.

You get busy.
You’re tired.
You miss a workout.
Your nutrition gets off track.
Progress feels slower than you expected.

And suddenly you’re wondering where all that motivation went.

Here’s the problem:

Motivation is great for getting started. It’s terrible as a long-term strategy.

Tomorrow I’m going LIVE for a FREE webinar:

WHY YOU CAN’T STAY MOTIVATED — AND WHY YOU DON’T NEED TO

đź“… Thursday, October 8
⏰ 11:15 AM Central
🎥 FREE Live Webinar + Q&A

We’re going to talk about motivation vs. discipline, habits, the all-or-nothing mindset, accountability, and how to build a system that keeps you moving forward even when you don’t feel like doing the work.

Because you don’t need to feel motivated every day to make progress.

You need an approach that still works when motivation doesn’t show up.

Can you actually **LOSE FAT and BUILD MUSCLE at the same time after 40?**

Or do you have to choose one or the other?

This is one of the most misunderstood topics I see with women over 40 who are trying to change their physique.

They want to look leaner, stronger and more defined...

So the immediate answer becomes:

Eat less.
Do more cardio.
Lose more weight.

But losing weight and changing your physique are NOT necessarily the same thing.

Tomorrow at **11:15 AM CST**, I'm doing a FREE live webinar where I'm going to break down body recomposition and answer the bigger question:

**Should YOU be trying to lose fat, build muscle, or potentially do both?**

We'll cover training, nutrition, activity, recovery and why simply chasing a lower number on the scale may not create the body you're actually trying to build.

**Can You Lose Fat AND Build Muscle After 40?**
*The Truth About Body Recomposition — and How to Change Your Physique Without Just Chasing the Scale*

Can you actually lose fat AND build muscle after 40?

Or do you have to choose one or the other?

Here’s where a lot of women get stuck:

You want to look leaner, stronger and more defined, so you automatically assume you need to lose more weight.

Eat less.
Do more cardio.
Watch the scale.

But losing weight and changing your physique are NOT the same thing.

You can lose weight without creating the shape, muscle or definition you want.

And you can make significant changes to your physique without seeing a dramatic change on the scale.

So where does body recomposition fit in?

Can you really build muscle while losing body fat?

Who is a good candidate for it?

And how do you know whether YOU should be focused on losing fat, building muscle or trying to accomplish both?

That’s exactly what I’m covering in this week’s FREE LIVE WEBINAR:

CAN YOU LOSE FAT AND BUILD MUSCLE AFTER 40?
The Truth About Body Recomposition — and How to Change Your Physique Without Just Chasing the Scale

đź“… Thursday, October 1
⏰ 11:15 AM CST
đź’» FREE

I’ll break down what body recomposition really means, when it makes sense, and how your training, nutrition, activity and recovery all fit together after 40.
