Pleasant Hill Chapel is looking for a Wedding Venue Coordinator to join our team!
Do you love weddings, organization, decorating, and helping create unforgettable experiences for couples on one of the most important days of their lives? We are looking for someone dependable, friendly, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced wedding environment.
Responsibilities may include:
• Assisting couples during tours and wedding days
• Coordinating vendors and timelines
• Helping oversee ceremony and reception setup
• Ensuring the venue is clean, organized, and wedding-ready
• Greeting guests and assisting wedding parties
• Managing day-of logistics and troubleshooting unexpected issues
• Working evenings and weekends as needed
The ideal candidate:
• Has strong communication and organizational skills
• Loves the wedding industry and working with people
• Is self-motivated and dependable
• Can multitask and handle busy event days
• Has a positive attitude and eye for detail
• Experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
