What a great day at the Salem, NH Farmers Market!

Pancakes = sold out!
Acai bowls = a HUGE start to our summer ahead! Lots of great feedback!
Grab and Go Charcuterie Boxes = Not everyone is looking for something sweet, so this savory option has always been a crowd favorite!!

Rainy days are perfect for catching up on prep work, stocking up on ingredients, and getting everything ready for the busy Sunday ahead. While the weather may be gray today, we’re looking forward to brighter skies and another great day at the market this weekend.

We’ll be serving up:
- Made-to-order mini pancakes with your favorite toppings
- Grab-and-go charcuterie boxes (AKA Adult Lunchables)
- A soft launch of our newest summer offering… Acai Bowls! (Limited quantities!)

Whether you’re craving something sweet, savory, or a little of both, we’ve got you covered. Stop by, say hello, and support local small businesses while enjoying some delicious treats made just the way you like them.

So… what exactly is Graze and Go NH?

Short answer: We started as a charcuterie catering cart for private events.

Then somewhere along the way, mini pancakes took on a life of their own. Markets, pop ups, festivals, late nights… and honestly, we have had an absolute blast with it and will continue making people smile with those tasty treats!

What we’ve learned over this last year is that the heart of this business isn’t one single menu item. It’s the cart itself. A mobile catering experience that can shift, grow, and fit just about any kind of event, whether it’s indoor or outside!

Which brings us to our next big thing and an item that will kickoff the summer in a big way…

Acai bowls!

Fresh, colorful, cold, customizable, and exactly the kind of fun we want to bring into this season. We’ll be rolling out “The Summer of Acai” at upcoming pop up events all over NH (the first one is A LOT sooner than you think…stay tuned!!)

And, while we love the energy of public events, the core of Graze and Go NH has always been catering and celebrations. Weddings, showers, birthdays, corporate events, backyard parties, late night snacks… we love being part of it all.

If you have an event idea, ask us about it. Chances are, we can make it happen.

Now bring on summer. We’ve got a lot cooking…and cooling!

What a day at the Salem Farmers Market ✨🥞🧀

We spent the day serving up fresh mini pancakes and grab-and-go charcuterie boxes, meeting so many amazing people, and watching the market buzz from start to finish. Days like this remind us why we started Graze and Go NH…creating fun, fresh food experiences that bring people together.

To everyone who stopped by, grabbed a snack or just came over to say hi: thank you. Your support means everything to a small business like ours.

Spring, summer, and fall event season is officially in full swing and we’re just getting started 💫

A full day of prep for tomorrow’s Salem, NH Farmers Market…still had a chance to check out our friends at Dejabrewnh and had a killer good breakfast sandwich on their specials menu! YUUMMMM! Gotta check this place out if you haven’t been yet!!

What a whirlwind these last few weeks have been for us at Graze and Go NH 🎉✨

As we head into spring, summer, and fall event season, we’ve been BUSY stacking our calendar with pop-ups, private events, weddings, corporate gatherings, community events, and so much more.

Between prepping the cart, building new partnerships, and getting creative behind the scenes, it’s safe to say this season is already shaping up to be our biggest yet.

We also had such a great time joining the Southern NH Chamber of Commerce and attending Taste of Southern NH . We met so many amazing people, fellow business owners, and future collaborators. Nights like that remind us why we love what we do ❤️

Now…how can you get a taste of our delicious mini pancakes, grab and go charcuterie boxes, and other fun treats? Here is our May + June pop-up schedule…we’re heading all over New Hampshire this season 👀📍

A quick heads up: our private event calendar is filling FAST and availability is becoming limited for peak summer and fall weekends. If you’ve been thinking about booking us for a wedding, shower, corporate event, birthday, school event, or private party… now’s the time to reach out.

Just a reminder that our cart can roll BOTH indoors and outdoors, which means we can fit into venues and event spaces, as well as easily set up outside! 😉
