Way behind on postings. This one is of the two small wreaths I made to honor my friend’s and classmates at my “50th HS Reunion.” Day after I pulled all the flowers except for the floral painted black carns and released them into the ocean at Fogarty Beach. Where we had our 2nd day of our reunion. The wreath frame was put into garbage, not the ocean.

I'm reaching out with a vital request to help me fulfill my commitment to supporting the Food Bank's 'Empty Bowls' initiative this Friday. Despite my initial plans falling through, I remain determined to make a difference. Could you kindly inquire within your church community about accessing an inspected kitchen? I'd like to utilize the space to prepare a nourishing soup, and I'm happy to provide all necessary equipment, including pots, utensils, and cleaning supplies. With your help, we can make a tangible impact in our community.

Both lovely ladies. I Learn their church hands out sack lunches to the homeless every week. 😍 I will say prayers that other’s give prayers, or good karma to this chuch that has its heart in the right place. Hello Followers, I am posting this plea for this wonderful couple and their baby boy Myles. If they look familiar it is because this couple is very active in our communitities activities and the owners of Teyema’s Touch window cleaning. Everyone I have talked to that has used them rave about the beautiful windows when they are done. They can use our help at this time. Their new baby boy Myles is in the NICU I can tell you from experience in our family, it is scary and expensive.

I am asking that if you are able to donate what you can to this go fund me. Anything would help for them to be able to buy food and beverages. House hold bills while their are at Myles side and unable to work. Normal life keeps on coming while the are frozen and praying for healing for Myles. Cannot donate, I understand the times are hard. Perhaps you could pray for all of them and healing for Myles. Offer healing thoughts, wish them the caring karma that they give to Columbia County.

If you know this lovely couple (Teyema’s Touch) they could sure use your generous donations. Their precious baby is in the NICU. From experience we know they need to have enough money for gas and food away from home. They may need help for some bills while they cannot work. If you cannot, we all would understand in these times, but would love the extra prayers of healing for their baby and strength and loving calm for them.

Thank you for however you can participate. Whether it is any donation, prayers, thoughts of healing any would be appreciated.

Has anyone seen my beloved cat. She has been gone two days. We live on 2nd St. Deer Island. She is my bed partner and my constant companion. She dislikes strangers. Her tail is long and dark with a white tip by on the end and a few inches up tail and distinct white ring. If you see her please call 503-307-7980. Even if you find her dead 😢 I want to bring her home. Please spread this post. SKEETERS HAS BEEN FOUND!!!😻

So last night just before dark, I headed out to cut some dahlias for orders. Grabbed some eucalyptus and some artemisia. Enjoyed the temperature and decided I really needed to deadhead a row. Came waddling in with bucket of flowers and cut greens across my arms. Got in to finish the conditioning I started in field. Bent over to grab some more stems when something BIG started moving slowly in my hair. I mean moving my hair a lot like it was a bulldozer! I was sure someone had a pet tarantula that got loose and was caught in my hair. I started dancing and flipping my hair and it started clinging on…I screamed ( something I never do unless you are coming at my Littkes with your vehicle. My husband hollared “ Oh God what did you do? Are you okay? I then got the courage to reach up to flip this thing out of my hair without it biting. I swiped it flew and saw my wooden pepper grinder and wow! A brown praying mantis. Embarrassed I told Hubs I was going to be fine. Took my bug to show him as we both love them. It sure felt bigger. 😉
