Hi! I’d like to reintroduce myself in case your new here💖 I’m Juli, owner and creator of Blooming Backdrops & More 🌼 Although my roots are in Postville, I have lived in Decorah for 34 years. I have 4 beautiful adult children, 5 sweet grandchildren and 2 more grandbabies arriving soon ❤️ I have had many hats but have fallen in love with creating luxury backdrops. Taking your vision and transforming it into a beautiful space for your guests is what Blooming Backdrops is all about.
