A non-refundable deposit which goes toward rental cost) is due upfront to hold the date. Final amount is due the week before the event. A REFUNDABLE clean-up and damage fee is to be paid one week before the event. This amount will be refunded after inspection ONLY IF everything is found clean and there is no damage. Building includes 2 restrooms, kitchen with working fridge, stove, oven, and microwave. Large Open room with 3-6' Round tables, 1-8' Rectangle table, 17-6' Rectangle tables, 18 white folding chairs, and 55 Burgundy cloth chairs. An outside covered porch is also available.
