Unfortunately, Mike Jones had some travel issues and is unable to make it to the show this evening. We understand this might be disappointing for some and we understand problems happen and we have to work through them. Due to Mike not being here DJ ChazzyChaz has agreed to play a little longer and Lil Jon will be taking the stage earlier than planned. We will see you soon and stay hydrated.

GNR Fans with an appetite! Steven Adler of Guns N' Roses fame will be rocking the Devon Friday Night August 8th. Adler was an inductee into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with GNR in 2012 as their drummer in their rise to fame. Adler and his band will be performing many of the Guns N' Roses hit songs you know and love plus great album tracks. The Michael Weber Show opens. Weber won MTV's Amazingness. The Devon G. Buffett Amphitheater is owned and operated by the Decatur Park District and was made possible by a generous donation from the Howard G. Buffett Foundation. The venue’s name is in honor of Howard G. Buffett’s wife, Devon and is referred to as The Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater. Construction began in 2018 and the venue opened to the public on May 24, 2019.

The venue sits along the shore of Lake Decatur as part of Lakeshore Landing nestled inside historic Nelson Park. With a capacity of nearly 4,000, the venue offers views of the Lake from nearly every seat or viewing area. The Devon’s first season will operate through September 2019 and will offer a wide range of entertainment. The goal is to offer something for everyone with a line-up that will feature music of many genres, comedians, big bands, movie nights, family themed entertainment and more.

We hope to see you at The Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater this season.
