Hello to our Home School community,
With much prayer and great thought we are announcing that our 2020 Spring Prom event ( rescheduled for Monday, August 3rd ) has been cancelled.
We want our children to have a wonderful, stress-free and safe prom experience, but due to the current social distancing requirements this would not be feasible at a formal dance. We are very sad about this, but know it is the best decision for our children and families' safety this year. If anyone has sent in payment, you will be reimbursed your funds within the next 2 weeks by mail.

We would like to invite all 2020 graduates from our Christian Home School Community to our 2021 prom to honor and acknowledge their hard work and perseverance through this Senior year.

Hello Home School family and friends,
We have a few updates regarding prom and COVID - 19.

1. The date for prom has been TENTATIVELY rescheduled for MONDAY, AUGUST 3rd, 2020. This means the event is dependent upon the restrictions set from the Federal and State guidelines on social gatherings. It is of the utmost importance to The Spring Prom Team that our high schoolers have a safe and healthy environment while attending prom.

2. As of now registration/payment is NOT open yet for the Monday, August 3rd, 2020 date. When registration/payment opens we will notify you here.

3. If or when registration/payments open the price per high schooler will remain $60.00.

Everything right now is still uncertain, but check back here for updates and any alterations for the prom due to our current health crisis. We remain hopeful that our prom will go on for its third consecutive year. Please stay safe and healthy. May our Awesome Lord bless each and everyone of you!

Hello fellow home school family and friends,

The Spring Prom Team wanted to reach out to our home school community to REASSURE all who are interested in attending the prom this year that our Spring Prom is STILL SCHEDULED for Monday, June 1st, 2020. We are still accepting registration/payments.
** IF we need to postpone the prom date in June due to the current health crisis, we will reschedule for a later date as soon as possible, SHOULD that situation arise. If in the unfortunate event that we cannot reschedule due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, your registration payment would be refunded.

Hope all of you are staying healthy and safe, and with our good Lord willing we will be able to celebrate together on Monday, June 1st, 2020.

POLICY UPDATES:
** $60.00 per person **
** $80.00 per person starting MAY 1, 2020 **
** NO REFUNDS **

⭐ This event is for Michigan.
Christian Home School Residents only.

⭐ The MINIMUM age requirement of homeschool students and/or their guests must be 14 years of age and have completed their Freshmen year of high school. Those students and their guests who do not fit this age requirement, we look forward for you to join us next year.
⭐ MAXIMUM age requirement is 19 years of age, No Older. This applies to current high school homeschool students or homeschool graduate Alumni and their guests
⭐Home school students are welcome to invite a non home schooler as their guest. Payment for student and guest may be received as one payment, but a completed REGISTRATION FORM must be submitted for all participants.

* If any damage to the banquet facility/property or DJ/photography equipment is caused by underage guests (ages 14 - 17), the parents are responsible to financially reimburse for all damages for their child/children's actions; Participants who are 18 -19 years old will be financially responsible for their own actions. The Spring Prom organization team is not held responsible for accidents or injuries; broken or stolen personal properties.

GUIDE LINES:
Participants agreement of dress code - FORMAL ATTIRE
* Ladies: No low cut/plunging necklines or backless dresses. No bare mid sections or exposed navel. Length of dress, no shorter than fingertips.
* Gentlemen: suit with tie or tuxedo with dress shoes. No Jeans.

Participants agreement of Behavior/Good Conduct:
* No IMPROPER public displays of affection or touching
* NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES/ NO SMOKING or VA**NG/ NO DRUGS/ NO WEAPONS OF ANY FORM ALLOWED
* No swearing, foul, rude/crude, language allowed
* No rough house fighting, inappropriate dancing allowed

Any of the above actions will NOT be tolerated and the participants' parents will be notified, and the child/children will be removed from the facility.

** NO REFUNDS **
Electronic Payments:
* If paying through Zellepay you MUST send a completed REGISTRATION FORM. ( via e-mail to [email protected] OR mail to address located on REGISTRATION FORM )

** NO WALK INS ALLOWED

** NSF/RETURNED CHECKS: Reservations will be CANCELLED unless payment is received via CASH IN PERSON or ZELLEPAY.COM **

Hello Prom Friends,

Thank you all for coming and making Wednesday night a memorable prom for all! There were many memorable moments to hold and cherish forever! Once the night was over, a mom misplaced her prescription reading glasses (they are a black frame with tinted grey glass) at the banquet hall. If you could check your gift bags to make sure they weren't picked up by mistake, please do so. If you have seen them or come across them, please contact us!
