I Do Need assistance the day of your wedding? I can help. I offer the a variety of services which can be customized to fit your needs.

If you've done all of the planning yourselves, but need a professional to execute all of your hard work and give advice along the way, I am the girl for you. Such as Rehearsal and Ceremony Coordination, Manage Vendors, Coordinate Order of Events with Vendors, Manage Timing and Ex*****on of Reception to name a few. Pricing varies, contact me for a consultation. Services (to choose from) Include:
*

Three (3) Planning meetings where we will discuss all of the details of your wedding; vendors, budgets, contracts, etiquette, etc, during your planning process;
*One (1) Planning Meeting on site of the venue(s);
*Creation of a detailed Wedding Day schedule and set up list for bridal party and vendors;
*Confirm contracted services with all of your vendors;
*Rehearsal Coordination;
*Greet your vendors and guests and direct them accordingly;
*Full Wedding day coverage, typically beginning 4 hours prior to ceremony and ending after bride and groom exit the reception and personal items are secured with bridal party member;
*Oversee and execute the days events, coordinating vendors and bridal party throughout the event to ensure proper timing;
*Personal Flower Distribution, Such as bouquets, boutonnières and corsages;
* Assist the photographer with family photos to insure they are accomplished in a timely manner;
*Assistance with Ceremony and Reception set up, and;
* Coordinate with DJ/Band to insure timing of introductions, first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, etc. Please contact me via messenger or at [email protected]
