This week as we all head back to school our days of operation will change slightly. For the school season our kitchen will be open Wednesday-Saturday 5-9 pm and Sundays 4-8 pm. Prairie Fire will be closed Monday and Tuesdays evenings. We are still looking for a bartender/wait staff for 1-2 nights a week. Contact Reid or Becky if you are interested.
