I could tell you all about what it’s like to work with Kaytlyn Roze Weddings, but I think my couples say it best.

Getting to be part of someone’s wedding day is something I never take lightly, and hearing how much of a difference our team made means the world to me.

From the planning process to those final moments on the wedding day, my goal is always the same: for you to feel supported and actually able to enjoy the celebration you’ve spent so much time dreaming about.

There is so much that happens behind the scenes of a wedding that my couples will never know about, and I actually think that’s a good thing.

In this case, the mistake was mine. I caught it, fixed it, and the rehearsal dinner happened exactly as planned without my couple ever needing to worry about whether their napkins were going to show up.

A good wedding planner isn’t someone who can promise that absolutely nothing will go wrong. It’s someone who knows how to handle it when something does, without adding it to the couple’s plate.

Sometimes that means solving a problem they never even knew existed.

Your wedding morning shouldn’t come with a task list for the people you love most.

Your mom shouldn’t be checking whether the florist arrived. Your bridesmaids shouldn’t be setting out place cards, answering vendor questions, or watching the clock.

They should be in the room with you.

Getting ready. Laughing. Taking photos. Soaking in those last few hours before you walk down the aisle.

Because when someone else is handling the logistics, the people closest to you actually get to experience the day alongside you, instead of helping run it.

That’s a big part of what having a wedding planner gives you. Not just a beautifully executed wedding, but the freedom for you and your people to actually enjoy it.

There are quite a few new faces around here lately, so it feels like a good time to reintroduce myself!

I’m Kaytlyn, the owner and lead planner behind Kaytlyn Roze Weddings. I’m a wife and mom, chronic list-maker, and almost always have a Bloom Energy within reach.

I’ve spent years in the events industry, working my way from venue coordinator roles to Director of Events at a local historic wedding venue, and later planning large-scale corporate events and conferences. Eventually, I found my way back to weddings and started Kaytlyn Roze Weddings.

Today, I get to combine that experience with my love for design to create weddings that feel personal and are thoughtfully planned. I love taking a couple’s vision and bringing it to life, while making sure everything behind the scenes works just as beautifully.

When I’m not planning weddings, I’m usually with my husband and our two little ones, Shepard and Wren, currently soaking up the toddler + newborn season of life.

Hello, October.

Pumpkins and mums lining the aisle will forever be one of my favorite ways to bring a little bit of fall into a wedding day. Seasonal, intentional, and still completely elevated.

Patterned linens, colorful pastel florals, nautical details, and a garden party feeling at The Waters.

Sam + Taylor brought two distinct personalities and styles into the planning process, and we wanted both to have a place in their wedding day. Rather than letting one direction take the lead, we found the places where the two could meet.

Garden inspired florals softened the nautical elements. Patterned linens brought color and personality to the tables. Thoughtful details throughout nodded to the setting without ever feeling too literal.

Layered, romantic, colorful, and so distinctly Sam + Taylor.

One of my favorite parts of planning and designing a wedding will always be taking all of the pieces that feel like you and finding the thread that makes them belong together.
