versatile background and knowledge of the fine dining experience. Multi-talented culinary expertise led us to our dream of owning our own catering company. We are unique in that our menu is adaptable to your needs! There isn’t anything we can’t create to please the palette. Based out of De Beque, CO, we utilize local farmers to provide the freshest farm to table ingredients. We pride ourselves of being pillars in the community and helping other local businesses to succeed. Our kitchen is located 15 minuets out of town at High Lonesome Ranch. We prefer to coordinate events at this location; however, we can be flexible and travel to you!

What is up are you ready for some good food tomorrow? That's right we will be there in the afternoon smoked ribs, smoked burgers with brisket and pulled pork, and Chef Greg's Famous Gumbo just finished at 0230. If you want to try some new styles of burgers dogs and breakfast come down to cottonwood park at 0900 support local baseball team all our profit will be going back to to sports programs. Thank you Brittany Clark for this amazing opportunity and Chel Burns for her relentless effort to find someone to provide food. Breakfast will be biscuits & gravy sandwich with pork asada or chim churri lunch dogs n burgers same extras baked beans then for wild horse days we will rush over after the game to you De Beque provide palisade peach cobbler, burgers with pulled pork n brisket, dogs, smoked ribs, and Gumbo with rice n Corn bread a sneak peak right here

The photographer and reporter are going to be onsite tomorrow to get pictures of us in action tour our facilities I hope it co insides with the Down Ranger group would be cool to get the kitchen crew the ranch and an activity going on. The article will be released Wednesday or Thursday with our company score, which has already been affected. That's how we roll if we don't start at a disadvantage it is not the Stoney way
