We specialize in pop-ups,catering for partys, weddings, team buidling and special occasions.

Hey friends and family ! Catch us for a Southern Comfort Saturday at Ed Walden's Bar this Saturday April 4th from 11:30-5:00pm. We will be featuring three proteins all smoked on cherry wood for that light mild smoke flavor you’ve come to enjoy!

•14hr Prime Brisket seasoned with kosher salt black pepper and house seasoning

•Turkey breast seasoned with kosher salt pepper and our house poultry rub

• Pulled pork smoked low and slow ,seasoned with our brown sugar forward house rub

For sides we will be featuring

• Pit beans
• Southern style potato salad
crafted with Dukes Mayonnaise, celery, onion, and hard boiled eggs.

Weathers looking beautiful with a high of 80 and zero chance of rain! Bring a friend your appetite and enjoy some delicious barbecue and a cold beer or two!

Anyone else a fan of pork steaks and St. Louis ribs ? Our pork steaks are cut by hand off the money muscle side of our pork butts and seasoned to perfection! Thinking of rotating these item’s onto our pop up menu what do you think ?

Had the privilege of catering a celebration of life for Ashley McDonald at Pax Trax MX Friday. We featured our pulled pork sandwich on a martins bun topped with coleslaw and a side of our pit beans and chips.
