Thanks again to our patrons , friends and family for selling us out ! The pastrami Rueben’s had been a hit as well as our jalapeno pepper jack links. Here’s a few pictures from the days service ! Hey friends and barbecue family ! Due to tomorrow afternoon’s forecast with a chance of rain at 90% we are having an abbreviated menu. Rain or shine we look forward to hanging out with you guys for Oktoberfest at Ed Walden's Bar! Saturdays service starts at 11:30am-4pm or Sell Out.

Menu for tomorrow :

Pastrami brisket Rueben on Rye or Sour Dough bread, sauerkraut, house made Russian dressing, Swiss cheese. Lays Chips. $18

Jalapeno Pepperjack sausage link in a martins long bun with pickled onions and mustard. Lays Chips. $10

For instance, here’s a batch of our house made Jalapeño Pepper Jack Links cold smoking on the pit for Saturdays service. Sausage making is a three day process and the attention is in the details. Barbecue isn’t our hobby or our job it’s our obsession! That’s why every item on your tray is hand crafted by us. Our commitment is to bring you and your family the finest craft smoked goods. Period.

A big shout out to our barbecue patrons, friends and family for showing up yesterday to sell us out ! Our Jalapeno Pepper Jack links were a huge hit ! Next Saturday the 10th is Octoberfest at Ed Walden's Bar and we will be featuring our house made Pastrami Brisket Rueben Sandwich! Last time we made these we sold out in 2hrs !

Prime brisket cured in pickling spices for 6 days then smoked on the pit for 14 hrs. Marbled Rye, house Russian dressing, Sauerkraut, mustard, Swiss cheese and pastrami brisket piled high! You won’t want to miss this!

Service starts at 11:30am-4:00pm or sell out. Due to the weather forecast for Saturday we will not be featuring our regular menu. We will have Rueben sandwiches, jalapeno pepper jack sausage links, and Texas Twinkies.

Happy Friday barbecue friends and family ! Welcome to October ! We will be at Ed Walden's Bar from 11:30-4:00pm or sell out Saturday October 3rd. (Menu attached in pictures) Featuring our 14hr smoked brisket on cherry, pulled pork and Purdue free range turkey breast with potato salad, pit beans, pickles and onions !

Our Special for tomorrow is our Jalapeno & Pepperjack Sausage link ! You won’t want to miss these links ! Slow crafted over 3 days ground with prime brisket and spare rib trim a 60/40 beef to pork ratio with a 70/30 lean to fat ratio in a natural hog casing makes these links nice plump and juicy ! We ground 10 lbs of trimmings, seasoned, cased and linked 30 of these bad boys ! Today we cold smoked them for tomorrow’s service ! Looking forward to hanging with you guys and slinging Daytona Beachs best craft Barbecue!

Wow ! What a turn out yesterday at Ed Walden's Bar ! The weather was perfect to be outside for bbq & cold beers on the porch. Thank you to our patrons, friends, and barbecue family for once again showing up to support us and sell us out ! The Brisket and Twinkies went quick! We also sold out of ribs! For those that couldn’t make it out there’s always next Saturday!

Behind every brisket we trim and season,the smoke and early morning cooks there's been someone who believed in us. To every friend, customer, and supporter who has ever shared, recommended, or said "I told my friend about your bbq". We want to Thank you! To Kalynn Walden You've helped turn a backyard dream into something bigger than we ever imagined !
